Nonprofit Organization Report

You must now prepare a report that will be distributed to potential funders and supporters of your NPO. Your report must be more than an explanation of certain key elements; it must also be an analysis of how these elements have influenced the decisions you have made about the NPO so far. Your report will have three sections:

Section 1: Discuss and analyze how local and global factors can influence the mission, vision, and values of NPOs as they grow and mature.

Section 2: Discuss and analyze the role of both grassroots advocacy and government policy in affecting where and how NPOs are located.

Section 3: Examine and analyze how traditional and contemporary marketing and communication strategies can be utilized to promote and advance an NPO and its mission.

Your report should be 7-10 pages in length, excluding title page and reference page, use references from at least 5 scholarly resources (at least 3 must be from resources not used as readings for this course), and follow APA guidelines.

Mission, Vision, Value
You have been asked by local community leaders and advocates to present a draft of the mission, vision, and value statements for your NPO at a local town hall meeting. For this discussion, draft the mission, vision, and value statements that you will present. Then, prepare a brief statement that will explain how you plan to integrate community culture and a changing demographic with the mission, vision, and values of your NPO.
