Assignment: Justify Strategic Role of HR
Write a paper in which you justify the strategic role of HR in any organizational changes. Select a company that recently went through a significant organizational change and discuss how HR played a key role in leading, supporting, and aligning the changes using various functions of HR.
Begin your paper with an introduction.
1. Offer a brief overview of your selected company and the changes initiated.
2. Discuss how HR was involved in the change process from planning to implementing the change initiatives (be specific when addressing what HR did in which areas and functions).
3. Conclude your paper with the overall evaluation of the role of HR in the change process.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) scholarly resources, in addition to your required text. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
