Question: Bill lives in Brisbane and is appointed as an Executive Director of a major multi-national company called "BusCorp Ltd". BusCorp's office is located on the Gold Coast. During his first year at the company, "BusCorp Ltd" is consistently late in paying Bill his monthly wage. He is also forced to work well over the maximum number of hours, as specified in the Fair Work Act. Furthermore, Bill alleges that a number of the other Directors have breached their Director's duties towards him, causing him serious reputational damage within the Australian business community and that "BusCorp Ltd" did not protect him in accordance with the Corporations Act.
