For example, spiritual/religious- I grew up in a very strict household where my family and I attended church every Wednesday and Sunday. We pray before we eat, etc. How it has affected my life- Now as an older adult, I want to make sure my family attends church regularly as I feel I will let my parents down if we break the tradition (this is just an example I am throwing out there). If you do not have any spiritual/religious beliefs, then explain that in your paper and how it has affected you or made you who you are today.
