Today, many demands are placed on leaders of healthcare organizations. One of those demands is to provide the highest quality of care under a value-based purchasing model. As leaders are trying to reduce costs and improve patient safety, it's important to analyze and address the greatest challenges that face an organization.

For this assignment, please discuss two of the greatest challenges facing the healthcare organization you work in today, or one you are familiar with.
