Set Question:-

"Discuss from lessons learnt in the Beer Game what the key areas of focus should be for a supply chain manager to enhance the performance of a supply chain."

You will need to submit two elements:-

1. A Powerpoint presentation file

2. A Word summary discussion file

1) Powerpoint presentation file

You will need to submit a Powerpoint file with 11 slides (there is no need for a title slide, the last slide should list the references used) that addresses the set question in a presentation format.  This should be set up as if you are going to actually going to do the presentation however you will NOT be actually undertaking a presentation.

2) Word summary discussion

As well as the Powerpoint file you will also need to submit a 1000 word summary discussion (submitted in a separate Word file) that answers the set question utilising material from your Powerpoint presentation.  You will need to provide references (The reference list is not included in the 1000 word count.)
