Privatization means the transfer of ownership, property or business from the government to the private sector is termed. It is also sometimes used as a synonym for deregulation when a heavily regulated private company or industry becomes less regulated. Critically assessed this approach as a reform strategy. In the approach also consider the following:

a). Discuss four (4) forms of privatization.

b). Discuss four (4) benefits of privatization in Trinidad and Tobago.

c). Discuss three (3) challenges with Privatization and how you believe these challenges can be solved.

d). Considering (a), (b), and (c) would you advise Trinidad and Tobago to use privatization as a reform strategy. Provide three (3) justifications.
