Case Study Scenario 1: Procter and Gamble (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (P&G) a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company. Recently there was a new product release on shampoo and body care for pets. This is a new market business for Procter and Gamble as they have always been the largest consumer products for household products.
As the HR Manager for this company you now are required to do proper planning on recruitment as new employees joining the company should have the skills and knowledge of both household products as well as pets.
You had a meeting with the top management today and some important factors were discussed. You than had a meeting with your HR Team to plan for next year's goals and strategies. From the discussion you have clearly briefed your team on what are the tasks they need to do to start planning for next year.
