Question: Because the ADR(A) method is applicable in most, if not all, strategic situations, we chose to highlight it in the course. Notwithstanding that fact, there are a variety of other methods used by organizations to achieve intended outcomes. As a result, I am ELATED to share the following opportunity for extra credit that was creatively designed to allow you to express your strategic prowess (bravery in battle):

You have an opportunity to earn up to 60 points by successfully completing this project. However, please note that I will grade it heavily so please prepare and defend your position. The particulars are as follows:
