ABC, Inc.'s employee automobile insurance policy included the following provision: "Driver as used in this insurance contract includes any individual operating a motor vehicle owned by ABC, Inc." One evening, Roger took his company car home for a dinner break before returning to work until midnight. While he was home, his wife Linda borrowed the car to go to the grocery store. She met her friend Kay while shopping and offered to drive Kay home. On the way home, Linda drove too fast around a curve and crashed into a tree, seriously injuring Kay.
