Search the World Wide Web for information on weight loss. Choose a web site that proposes a mechanism for loss of excess weight.

Document the key proposals in terms of the main proposals and reasons given for the effectiveness of the program. Then compare the proposal with what you have learned about the physiology of eating and drinking.
