A Successful Local organisation is seeking to expand its business internationally for the first time. You have been hired as a consultant to help to prepare for international expansion. You must advice upon the development of an internationalisation strategy to cover the following

1) Provide a brief overview of the chosen organisation and critically discuss the drivers compelling the organisations to expand internationally.

2) In addition suggest which country you would recommend them to enter based on the analysis of the organisation and the target country.

3) Culture is considered a key influence in the way international business is conducted successfully. Discuss this by using appropriate models to expand this statement. i)Focus on cultural issue on target market and target country

4) Develop and propose an international business strategy for you organisation to move into the target country. The strategy should be suited to the organisation, its industry and the environmental influence of the target country. Specific issues that should be dealt with should include strategic choices, location strategy, staffing policy, compensation strategies, etc.
