Using the following hypothetical situation, she answers the following questions. Support your answers with a literature review.

b. Mention the possible contraindications of a home birth.

c. Explain the role of the doula during pregnancy and childbirth.

Situation 2.

Rosa is a 35-year-old girl who lives in a rural area. The young woman has decided to go to the clinic to be evaluated for severe headaches and nausea. Rosa is 32 weeks pregnant with her. The nurse is concerned because during the evaluation she found that Rosa has gained almost 4 pounds since the last visit, in addition to presenting proteinuria and a blood pressure of 145 / 105mm Hg. Rosa lives with her husband, their two children, ages 2 and 3, and her mother. In her last pregnancy, she had blood pressure problems that she resolved after the birth of her second child.

1. Discuss gestational hypertensive disorders:

2. Using the hypothetical situation presented, identify which disorder Rosa's symptoms are related to. Explain your answer.

Situation 3.

A 35-year-old pregnant woman has come to the clinic for her first prenatal visit. The first day of her last menstrual period was March 21, 2021. The patient arrives accompanied by her husband and her 4 children. Her eldest son is 6 years old and was born at 35 weeks gestation, she also has a 4-year-old daughter born at 40 weeks, a 2-year-old boy born at 32 weeks gestation and an 18-month-old baby born at 36 weeks. During the estimate, the patient reports having suffered two miscarriages.

Using the hypothetical situation presented, answer the following questions.

a. Using Naegle's Rule, when will your due date be? Explain your answer.

b. Explain what the abbreviations GTPAL represent in the compilation of the health history.

c. Use the GTPAL to document the patient's history.
