Marketing plan with pre-existing company
Amazon launchs their own delivery service.
I'm as a marketing manager and have been asked by the company I work for to identifying a target market (consumer of business) whose need are not currently being met, not being met satisfactorily or even recognized. Marketing managers also should think about competitive offerings, and how their offering will be communicated and delivered. Emphasis could be on the solution being actionable and realistic.
1. Introduction
2. Discuss how you would obtain data that would lead you to the need of this new product.
3. What it the company and enw product mission/vision and core values.
4. What customer need, wants, and demands are being met
5. Discuss customer value and satisfaction
6. Identify market and market segmentation that you will select.
7. Discuss product concept which is the idea that consumers will favor products that offer the most quality, performance, and innovative features for which the organization should therefore devote its energy to making continuous improvements.
8. How will you market and sell the product, how will you strategize. What Market Mix will you use.
9. Project must include visual images of mock-ups of packaging/product, advertising, promotions, any helpful tables.
