Assignment:

One of the central tenets of CLS is the "indeterminacy" argument: that in a given case there is no right answer, and judges may arrive at radically different conclusions based on the same facts. Is this really a separate theory, or is this simply another version of Realism, the concept that judges decide what they want the outcome of a case to be, and then justify it with legal reasoning?

This is based on Matthew Lippman's "Law and Society" third edition book and Mark Tushnet's "Critical Legal Studies: A Political History" (1991), please have at least two paragraphs.
