In order to get unstuck I am reaching out to you for insight, and feedback regarding the topic "Contingency theories" which are as follows: Think of a leadership sport-related situation with which are familiar (In this case "Dak Prescott/Dallas Cowboys). Apply each of the theories in this chapter to that situation. Which theory best fits the interaction of the leader, followers, and situation in this example?

Can leaders be flexible in how they interact with others? Do you believe leaders can change their behavior? Their personalities?
