People in the organization is the most important resource hence a sound and harmonious work and professional relationship is a must. Opposing opinions and presenting better judgements from different parties or individuals for a certain cause would be considered as a clash of better wisdom, strategy, and an action plan that would eventually become bases for a comparative analysis of which is more acceptable, appropriate or most suitable for the welfare of the entire organization.

This view point supports and considers conflict as a tool for achieving organizational growth and a desirable way in attaining positive change that will position an organization to its desired direction.

A certain level of conflict is found to be healthy and taken as a constructive disagreement in an organization. However, a dysfunctional conflict is usually grounded with unhealthy arguments or disagreements.
