Question: Four staff nurses met with their manager to discuss concerns about a fellow co-worker, Annie. They told the manager that Annie often spoke in a rude manner, rolled her eyes at others, and gossiped behind the nurses' backs. One nurse stated, "It is even worse when she is in charge. If she is ticked off at you, she gives you a really bad assignment and won't help when asked.
