Thedea lives adjacent to a parcel of land with a goat pen on it, she runs her own lash business from a room in her house. Recently, the owners of the land increased the numbers of goats to tap in the Christmas market and have commenced construction of a barn near the boundary of Thedea House. The noise from the construction disturbs Thedea during the day as her office overlooks the land and the noise of the goats disturbs her sleep. Other people in the neighbourhood have also complained about the noise from the goats and the building work. Thedea house is also aggrieved because the trees in the field are overhanging her driveway, making it difficult for her to park her car without scratching the paintwork.
