Question: Bob is a 50 year old man who just had a heart attack. He has smoked for 30 years, and typically drinks 3 beers per night after work. He works as a truck driver, so he does not get much physical activity during the day and admits he does not work out or engage in any physical activity.

As a health psychologist working with Bob, you need to help him develop a lifestyle change.
