Dr. Lowell J. Levine's performance and testimony in the case of "Ted Bundy" is valid since he has participated in court marshals, federal court, and U.S. senate of the United State Congress. Most importantly, in the assentation of John F. Kennedy and Tsar Nicholas II and his family, and Joseph Mengele (a Nazi criminal). According to the American Board of Forensic Odontology (2016), states that in his career he has participate, identify, and examining approximately 170 cases in every part of New York state and worldwide.
