Assessment Instructions:
Read the attached case study and as a student you should analyze the given case of "Authentic Leadership" and are required to complete the following task requirements:
1. Discuss and evaluate the leadership style mentioned in the case and assess the effectiveness of the leadership style.
2. Critically analyze the leadership practices of the company and evaluate the extent to which this leadership style contributes to improve employees' motivation.
3. Develop some comprehensive recommendations (at least 5) on how the company leaders can manage the change and keep the company's dynamic high-performance regarding impacts on employees during the COVID-19 using appropriate leadership theories and concepts.
Assessment Format:
One electronic copy to be submitted. Please use a front sheet, (Annex A) and include a blank assessment discussion form (Annex B). Assessments will be accepted only through online submission on LMS: Turn-it-In.
Standard academic presentation is required, including:
• Students are required to submit a case studyreport with 2,000 words (+/- 250) excluding cover page, content page, and references (please put the word count on the cover page).
• Concise and appropriate language
• Fully referenced using the APA format, containing all sources used for each piece of work
• Unless advised otherwise, all work should be spaced at 2.0, and handed in via the LMS
• Please note that for all submitted work it is recommended that you use the Times New Roman font, regular style and ensure that you use font size 12.
