Your Task
You will produce a 7-minute video and accompanying PowerPoint presentation outlining and analysing the issues and challenges of women and girls participating in traditionally male-dominated sports. You are required to research widely and select real life examples.

Assessment Description
You will need to select two (2) examples of well-known successful individual women/or female sports teams currently playing in male-dominated sports. Then, produce a 7-minute video incorporating a PowerPoint presentation outlining and analysing the issues and challenges of women and girls participating in traditionally male-dominated sports.

Assessment Instructions
Your video must include the following three points:

Include a brief overview and context of each sport, comparing and contrasting the two (2) chosen examples of well-known successful individual women/or female sports teams currently playing in male-dominated sports.

Discuss and analyse the impact and the challenges of gender on the experience of the sportswomen in your chosen examples.

Research and discuss the relevant governing bodies and discuss the current and proposed future policies and plans to create a more gender-equitable workplace environment for female athletes in these sports.

While many of your references will rely on the organisation's/team's official website, you cannot use this as your only source of information.
