Prepare a research Paper on Refinery.

Project: Industry Research Paper

Project Criteria:

1. Describe the process/ industry in Refinery (gasoline and Deasil) .
2. Discuss where these processes would be used. (Give examples)
3. Discuss all of the chemicals associated with the processes.
4. Discuss the health hazards associated with the chemicals.
5. Discuss all regulatory requirements for this process relating to industrial hygiene. (i.e. PELs/TLVs, OSHA standards)
6. Discuss control measures that may be used for the hazards of the process relating to industrial hygiene.
7. Discuss sampling methods and parameters commonly used to evaluate exposure for the industry.

Project Format:

1. The research paper contains the following:

- Title Page
- Table of Contents
- Body
- Bibliography

2. The research paper must consist of a minimum of 7 pages. This does not include title page, table of contents, figures or bibliography.

3. All reports must be word processed in 12-point font with one-inch margins.

4. All reports must be spell checked. There will be a 5-point deduction for each misspelled word.

5. All pages after the first page of the body of the report must contain a header with the following information: Student Name, page number and subject of report.

6. Information must be cited appropriately using MLA format.

7. No plagiarism.
