Reflect on each of the five components of the FRIES model - Please examine each of the components individually and reflect on whether they are present in the scenario or not (please organize this in whatever format you would like ie., list, table, etc.) Explain how you arrived at the conclusion you have for each of the 5 FRIES components.

2. Students should also consider additional factors such as power imbalances and positions of authority and include that in their answer as well.

3. Once each of the individual pieces have been considered, offer a final justification on whether the scenario has consent or not. Pease offer any insight or suggestions on how consent could be obtained or improved in the scenarios you choose.

Scenario 1: Bobbi is out with a casual friend Damjan at a party. They dance and chat with friends late into the night. When the party wraps up Damjan asks if Bobbi would like to walk back to Bobbi's apartment together. Bobbi agrees and they leave together. When they arrive at Bobbi's apartment, she invites Damjan up to watch some TV. While watching tv Damjan tries to persuade have sex. Bobbi repeatedly said no, worried that she may seem cold or stuck up she allowed Damjan to kiss her.

Scenario 2: Helena and Cici have been out on a date and return to the front door of Helena's house. Cici opens her arms and asks Cici if she could give her a hug. Helena smiles and eagerly returns the embrace. Cici leans into kiss Helena and asks her if it is okay. Helena nods and they kiss. Helena asks Cici if she would like to come in. Cici says she is tired and needs to head home, Helena is disappointed and feels hurt but says goodnight to Cici and heads inside.

Scenario 3: Ziba and Ani have fallen deeply in love and have a passionate sexual relationship. One morning Ani is interested in having sex and leans in and begins to kiss Ziba. Ziba does not resist but also does not reciprocate. The encounter continues in much the same way for several minutes. Ani decides that they should stop and does so. Ziba stays quiet during the entire encounter.
