Wooten hardware,INC. owns an extra lot adjacent to the main store and the president, MR. Green has decided to sell it. In relation to this, he wrote the following letter to several interested parties.

Gentlemen: We are sending this notice to several prospective buyers because we are interested in selling the one acre lot adjacent to our main store downtown. If you are interested, Please contact me. To be sincerely interested, you should be thinking in terms of at least $100000. Bob Green, President.

In regard to the letter which of the following is correct?
