Question: Travel and Transportation The recommended tire pressure for an off-road bicycle depends on the weight of the rider. As you would expect, the greater the rider's weight, the greater the recommended tire pressure. At a well-used bicycle trail in the Black River State Forest in Wisconsin, independent random samples were obtained from two different weight groups. The front tire pressure (in psi) was measured for each person, and the summary statistics and known variances are given in the following table.

Is there any evidence to suggest that the difference between the 180-pound riders' mean tire pressure and the 150-pound riders' mean tire pressure is greater than 3 psi? Assume normality and use a = 0.05.
