To hold the position of CEO or leader within a company or organization an individual must be well equipped in multiple areas for the rest of the employees to be influenced and follow their direction.

The ultimate goal for this individual is to ensure that the company is successful, productive, and profitable. When those goals are not meant the leader may held responsible for not guiding the company in the right direction to accomplish the items set on the agenda.

Different leadership styles are required to navigate through all the obstacles that may arise on a daily basis. Leaders must foster an atmosphere that promotes positive changes and innovation.

The combination of personal and positional influence must be at the right balance to be effective for anyone in a leadership or management role. To effectively influence a group of people the leader must be willing to motivate, coach, support, and share their ideas as to keep everyone informed of the direction they will be going for the assigned task.

The leaders discussed in this document possess many different traits that makes them success in their position. Being flexible and open for changing their leadership style depending on the situation is what makes these leaders successful in guiding individuals to the overall goal.

Through motivation and a clear vision, leaders can bring out the best efforts of those they lead which causes great accomplishments for the company and for the individuals.

Charismatic is a word that can describe all three of these leaders. They inspire individuals to perform at their best and will ensure that the needs of those they lead are being met.

When participation is encouraged from all sides involved it helps build team morale and also fosters an innovative setting for ideas to flow. All leaders take on different leadership styles of which they may think works best for the task at hand.

Before an actual style is chosen, the dynamics of the group, the task, and the resources available should all be considered before executing a plan.
