I have this assignment about R software, where i have to use KNN to help the health department get ahead of 311 rodent complaints by categorizing them into three different complaints, rat sighting, mouse sighting, signs of rodents. Document the process in an rmarkdown as an html. Just to clarify, there're two parts of the assignment: one is the submission file with "ID" and "Category", one is the rmarkdown html showing the process. Correct?
