You are a Restaurant Manager and Kim is your new server. She has been working with you for about 1.5 months. She is a fantastic performer on the floor. She has learned the menu quickly, has great sales skills and guests love her. She definitely has the potential to be a superstar. You have just one concern....she has trouble arriving for work on time. She has already been late for work on four occasions. Although she is very apologetic, her co-workers notice when she arrives late. As Kim's manager, what would you say to her?
