You as a site manager of CAC Construction is required to provide the following:

• Establish, implement, maintain and evaluate procedures for effectively identifying hazards, and assessing and controlling risks using the HIERCHY OF RISK CONTROL.

Question a. You need to provide a developed hazard identification form ( You need to make an actual hazard identification form for a construction site or building) just search it online for reference

Question b. You need to provide implementation plan that you have developed (You need to make an implementation plan in a table format template) with just 4 or 5 activities which is related to construction.

Question c. You need to explain what is implementation plan

Question d. You need to provide evidence of monitoring and evaluation activities.

Question e. You need to discuss the identified hazards and the associated risk assessment and control measures.
