What's A Christian To Do?

There has been much discussion and debate about what a Christian's role in business should be. Some have said that Christians should avoid the business world entirely, because it is dark in many places and followers of Christ should not associate with darkness. Others believe Christians have an obligation to bring salt and light into darkness, and believers therefore should engage culture courageously. Such individuals often say that we live in a fallen world, moral uncertainties and ethical dilemmas are therefore to be expected, and unless a certain arena of business is inherently evil (such as the pornography industry), Christians should opt to keep their place at the table of influence instead of running from such a challenge.

In terms of Christians in their roles as consumers, some believe Christians should only do business with other Christians. Other Christians do not hold to that belief.
