Up to now, we have had a pretty good discussion of how the First Amendment affects the way we view ourselves and the way we view the laws of other nations. I have enjoyed reading and commenting on your impressions and perspectives of this important protection we have, especially your views on threats to free speech.

Now, lets shift gears for a while and discuss a slightly different conflict of law. What is your opinion of federal and state taxation of internet transactions, or even the taxation of internet usage. Good idea? Bad idea?
