Question 1. Provide three examples of how you have arranged equipment, furniture, and activities to ensure effective supervision while also allowing children to access private and quiet spaces. Provide three examples of how you have ensured safety checks are consistently implemented and action is taken as a result of the checks, including on items such as drinks, food and cooking utensils and appliances used as part of the program. Question 3. Discuss a range of common ethical issues you may have experienced, or may come across, in early childhood education and care workplaces and ways to deal with them.

Question 4. Reflect on the centre's sleep and rest practices and discuss how they ensure they meet approved standards and meet children's individual needs and review the process for play activities for children who do not sleep or rest. Review the process for sharing information about individual children's rest and sleep with families.

Question 5. Reflect on the centre's the toileting procedure and discuss how they ensure that processes are in  place for respecting children's needs for privacy during any toileting and dressing and undressing times.
