A offers video production and photo editing services, without any attractive offers or unique value selling point to the public. And A have been reported to have dealt with financial issues and are three months away from going bankrupt and closing down the business. A also did not have a niche target of who they wanted to work with, this makes them a commodity with other agencies providing similar services and have to compete frequently without any competitive advantages.
