Individual Project

You are to engage with a real organisation and assist them with understanding a Data Resource Management (DRM) Issue.

Alternatively, you are to deploy a comprehensive case study that discusses a DRM issue in an organisation and use this as your practical reference.

(Note: You may use the same DRM Issue as used in the Group Project if desired.)

(Case studies are to be used as a reference point for data and not to be used as normal case analysis and discussion study)

The Abstract will include a brief summary describing the issue and possible resolutions (or ways forward);

An academic paper containing:

Title

Abstract

Introduction

Overview of the business issue

Research Approach

Literature review

Results

Discussion

Suggestions for further work

References

Appendix: Complete case study (if applicable)

You have to cover all these in both the assignments.

1st Assignment:

One assignment is on cloud computing in which you have to select one specific topic like in cloud computing there are so many topics such as:

Security and integrity,

Virtualisation.

Data recovery and backup.

Data segregation and recovery.

Secure cloud architecture.

so you have to select any one specific topic from this list and you have to do assignment like "how security and integrity work in banking sector or IT sector or health care".(you have to select only only industrial sector that is either IT or banking or health care only one sector)

Select one specific topic and do one assignment on how this specific topic work on this specific sector

check the example of the case study on article and do on that topic for the assignment on cloud computing.

2nd Assignment:

Second assignment is on data warehousing and data mining topic.

Same as the first assignment you have to select one specific topic in data warehousing and data mining and how this specific topic works in particular industrial sector.

Go through google scholars to check some journals regarding to the assignment and select one specific topic and how this topic works on particular industrial sector.

Please follow the instructions given in the instructions document and also check the marking criteria for each index given the instruction document. Don't use too typical words.Use simple words for doing assignment. Harved references style.
