Mr. Green was a descendent of the founders of the town of Greenville. The Green family had made a sizable fortune in the aluminum business, and had supported a number of charitable causes in Greenville over the years. Mr. Green's granddaughter was born three months prematurely, but fortunately the Greenville Community Hospital had a neonatal intensive care unit, where little Isabella received wonderful care until she was big enough to go home. In appreciation of this care Mr. Green donated $200,000.00 to Greenville Community Hospital. At the time of the donation, Mr. Green did not impose any conditions on the gift. One year after the gift was made, Mr. Green requested that the NICU center at the Hospital be named after the Green family. Answer the following questions:

1. Can the donation previously made by Mr. Green serve as valid consideration for a contract with the Hospital for this naming right?
