Assignment:
Consider the following requirements of a Conference Management System (CMS) expressed by a staff during a system analysis session:
The CMS should provide the following functions and features:
- Display information about the current conferences on the website
- Provide enquiry services handle by a Marketing Staff about the coming conferences
- Customer can register and book a ticket for the conference
- Conference ticket can be paid by either Credit Card or Payment Gateway (i.e. such as Paypal)
- Customer must provide particulars such as name, email, phone no., and address etc.
The CMS will then send a message with a generated virtual ticket to the Customer's registered mobile phone
On the day of the conference, Customer arrives at the venue and go through a mandatory health check (i.e. temperature level etc.) first before entering the conference hall
At the door of the conference hall, the virtual ticket will be verified by Service Staff for entry
At the end of the conference, Customers are to provide online feedback about the conference
The Manager of the conference will access and review the feedback for future improvement
a) Based on the information given above, draw a Use Case diagram for the CMS.
b) Similarly, using the information given, draw a System Sequence Diagram for the CMS. (State any assumptions made).
