The supervisor has performed the stock control activities and prepared the discrepancy and shrinkage reports (completed in assessment task 2) for the manager. The report that you presented specified some stock losses (as specified in the discrepancy and shrinkage reports). The owner of the organisation has gone through the reports and is concerned about the losses that the business has been facing throughout the lifecycle of the product. The owner wants the supervisor to prepare a presentation on the losses that incurred during product life cycle and discuss the losses with the manager and the team members and provide recommendations to the colleagues with the procedures to avoid these losses. PN1. Identify and present the losses that can be avoided and discuss the reasons for these losses with the manager and the team members. PN2. Present recommendations and create procedures to prevent the future losses of these avoidable losses.
