A simple harmonic oscillator consists of a 0.10 kg mass attached to a spring whose force constant is 0.30 N/m. The mass is displaced 0.50 meters from equilibrium in the positive x-direction (stretching the spring) and is given a positive initial velocity of 0.70 m/s. Neglect damping.

1) Discover the maximum stretch of the spring xmax.

2) Discover the maximum speed of the mass vmax.

3) Discover the time interval among the instant of maximum displacement to the instant of maximum speed.
