You ask your IT department to replicate the key pages in large font, to be presented to any customer known to be over 65 years old based on their sign-in information or on the cookies that accompany their visit. Comparing the results to senior citizens who visited the site in the previous month, you find that these people increase the number of pages that they visit by 10%, with similar increases in the length of time they spend on the site, and the amount of money they spend purchasing items.
