Question

A 30 year old female patient comes to your dental office presenting discomfort of gingiva on her maxillary anterior teeth on both the palatal and labial aspects persisting for 2 weeks. Patient revealed she had a prior periodontal treatment. Patient also has persistent asthma and atopic dermatitis. Upon examination, there are temporary crowns installed, and finish lines show supragingival preparation. What could've caused the discomfort on the gingavae? Patient has Periodontitis as Manifestation of Systemic Disease Clinical Attachment Loss causes mobility of the abutments Provisionals voided the biologic width causing clinical attachment loss Adverse reaction on the cement of the Provisionals.
