What should be included in disaster planning for a large employer in Annapolis, Maryland, that is concerned about natural disasters such as floods and snowstorms that might shut down the company and parts of the city?

Suppose a coworker just brought you a union leaflet urging employees to sign an authorization card. What questions would you ask of the union supporter? What may happen from this point on?

Task 6.

Utilizing Chapter 6, develop a compensation and benefits package that you would like to be offered from your organization. Each student should use their slides to describe their preferred benefits package.

Task 7.

Discuss the areas of employee safety that are most important to you. Do you think that the organization has the same concerns as you? Why or why not?
