Problem: Respond to the following scenario: ABC organization has a call center that employs 100 customer service representatives. The job involves answering calls from customers. Customers call the organization for a variety of reasons, including asking questions about the product(s), placing an order, asking billing questions, inquiring about the status of an order, providing positive or negative feedback about the product(s), etc. Your task is to design or redesign this job to be more motivating for the employees.
