The main solution for this company is trust and communication. The reappearance of the company president back at the company will revitalize the lines of communication. This will enhance trust between department managers. Once trust has been established, then all departments can openly communicate and support each other. This will help reduce the silo mentality at ABC Company. Once this foundation is improved then this will lead the company to work towards continuous improvement with the company culture. With this continuous cultural improvement will lead to communication, trust, teamwork, and lastly growth and expansion.
