Please try to help to understand how to prepare the following dilutions that arelisted below. I need help understanding dilution and how to prepareit.
a. 1:15 dilution of antibody in a final volume of 1.5 ml in 1X PBSfrom a concentrated antibody stock solution of 2mg/ml.
b. 2% solution of NP40 from a 50% stock solution in a finalvolume of 10ml 1X PBS.
c. 0.25% solution of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) in a finalvolume of 5 ml from a 40% stock solution.
d. 1:200 dilution from a previous 1:40 dilution of a 20micro-gram of ovalbumin (OVA). what is the final dilution of OVA?What is the final concentration of OVA.
e. 5mM working solution from a 2M KCl stock solution in afinal volume of 100 ml solution.
f. 2X working solution in 1 L from a 50X stock Tris bufferedsaline solution.
g. 1x 10^(5) cells/ml from a cell culture containing 2x10^(10)cell/ml.
