Digital image processing refers to the processing (or transformation) of a digital image by a computer or dedicated hardware.

Typical tasks include: (1) improvement of pictorial information for human interpretation;(2) image classification; and(3) the processing of image data for storage and transmission.

In this project, you will investigate specific digital image processing tasks, including: statistical image description; image enhancement; and isolation of regions within an image.You will write a program to perform some of the above operations on digital images.

In doing so, you will demonstrate your understanding of loops, functions, arrays, and structures.Program must be written in C.
