ID places an order for Scandinavian teakwood with its usual supplier, 'Teak', who often gives ID a substantial discount. Unfortunately, the coronavirus situation has prevented Teak from being able to procure its usual supplies of Scandinavian teakwood from Indonesia. ID tells Super that alternative supplies are available, but not from Indonesia, and are of lower quality while costing 50% more. Can ID successfully raise these difficulties to avoid or delay the fulfilment of its obligations to Super?
