After the National Transportation Safety Board banned the use of cell phones while driving due to safety concerns, many companies are changing their policy on employee cell phone use. Derek Wong, owner of an appliance repair service company in Klang, told his employees that the company's new policy is: "No cell phone use while driving." However, he is having a difficult time enforcing the policy.
