Effective January 1, 2013, the Uniform Crime Reporting Program's definition of rape is, "Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim."

There are many types of rapes and sexual assaults: diminished capacity rape, incest, stranger rape, marital/spousal/partner rape, statutory rape/age-related rape, acquaintance rape/date rape, and gang rape.

Tasks:

For this assignment, create a 5- to 7-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that answers the following questions on rape and sexual assault.
